① Characteristic heat generation of rubber roller
Comparing to the usual roller, the self heat generation of rubber is lowered and especially 30% is reduced with the rubber hardness 350(JIS-A) used for the vibrating roller.
② Ageing change of rubber roller
Swelling caused of the ink is small and keep the stable diameter dimensions for a long time.
③ Roller hardness change is small.
The roller that the up-hardening is small, and the crazing is hardly occurred.
